With the release of Pokémon Sword and Shield's second DLC Expansion The Crown
Tundra, all previous Legendaries, Mythicals, and Ultra Beasts are now
available in-game. This includes the new Mythical Pokémon Calyrex and the
Legendaries Regieleki, Regidrago, Glastrier,
and Spectrier. The big question is how do you get each of these
Pokémon?
How to Get Calyrex, Glastrier and Spectrier
Getting Calyrex, Gastrier/Spectrier requires you to complete the first chapter of the Crown Tundra
Story with the quest
"The Sacred Bonds of Sovereign and Steed!".
- Take the round "pillow" from Peony's table and put it on the statue
- Battle Calyrex who will then request your help
- You will have to talk to the villagers a few times for Calyrex
- Find the mayor in the northside of Giant's Bed
- Get Carrot Seeds for Dynite Ore in Freezington from the farmer in the center area near the statue
- You will have to choose whether to plant the Seeds it in the Icy Area or in
the Old Cemetry.
- Icy Area for Glastrier
- Old Cemetry for Spectrier
- Battle the specific Pokémon chosen and it will run away
- Have the Mayor make the Reins of Unity
- Visit the shrine with the carrot to lure it

Calyrex will re-tame Glastrier/Spectrier and defeat the combined form to
capture it.
- You will need to be Champion to capture Calyrex
- Calyrex is level 80 and Shiny Locked
- Once caught you can unfuse it to get Glastrier/Spectrier

To get the Glastrier/Spectrier you didn't choose, you will need to trade
or playthrough the quest again on another account and transfer it from
Pokémon HOME.

How to Get Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Regieleki, Regidrago and
Regigigas
To obtain the Legendary Titans you will need to complete the "The Terrible Titans… Lurking Locked Away!" chapter of the story after joining Peony’s
Expedition Team. It is recommended to have Cyrogonal with an Everstone as each
item is required to open a different door. All Regis are level 100 and
are Shiny Unlocked. To farm the shiny just knockout the Pokémon and step on
the floor panels to try again.
Regirock
- Regirock's Rock Peak Ruins are in the south-east of the Giant's Bed

To open the door have Cyrongonal with the Everstone as your first
Pokémon

Step on each panel to light the dots on the floor activating the Statue
- Talk to the statue to battle and catch Regirock
Regice
- Regice's Iceberg Ruins are in the west of the Snowslide Slope

To open the door have Cyrongonal with the Everstone as your first
Pokémon

Step on each panel to light the dots on the floor activating the Statue
- Talk to the statue to battle and catch Regice
Registeel
- Registeel's Iron Ruins are in the west of the Giant's Bed
- To open the door whistle by pressing down on the left analog stick

Step on each panel to light the dots on the floor activating the Statue
- Talk to the statue to battle and catch Registeel
Regieleki/Regidrago
- Regieleki/Regidrago’s Split-DecisiRuins Ruins are in Three-Point Pass which requires the water rotom bike
- To open the door have Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in the party

These must be caught in-game and not transferred from Pokémon HOME as
completing the prior Ruins unlocks this one

Step on each panel to light the dots on the floor activating the Statue
- Regieleki: make an X formation
- Regidrago: make a Y formation

Talk to the statue to battle and catch either Regieleki/Regidrago based on
the lights choosen
Regigigas

Regigigas is found in a Raid Den in Giant's Bed that you cannot put a
Wishing Piece in

Have Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Regieleki, and Regidrago in the party

You will need to either trade for the Regieleki/Regidrago you don't have
or complete the quest on a second account and transfer via Pokémon HOME.

Interact with the Raid Den to battle and catch Regigigas in a Solo Max Raid
Battle.
How to Get Galarian Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres
To obtain the Legendary Titans you will need to complete the final chapter of the story "Tree of a Legendary Three!" in the Crown Tundra. The quest is available from the Dyna
Tree, a large red berry tree located at the southern portion of the Crown
Tundra. The Legendary Birds are level 70 and are Shiny Locked.
Galarian Articuno
- Found flying in the Crown Tundra
- When spotted, it will create mirage duplicates of itself
- Find the real one to battle and catch Articuno
Galarian Zapdos
- Found running in the Wild Area in Galar
- Ride into the Pokémon with your bike to battle and catch Zapdos
Galarian Moltres
- Found flying in the Isle Of Armor
- Get in-front of the Pokémon and it will swoop down, allowing you to battle and catch Moltres
How to Get Cobalion, Virizion, Terrakion and Keldeo
Walking out to the left of Base Camp after you have beat Hop for the final time and completed post game story, you will see footprints and meet up with Sonia to start the quests. She will have you find 50 footprints
dotted around The Crown Tundra for each of The Swords of Justice. There are
more than 50 footprints in a specific area and they will repopulate at random
positions. The Swords of Justice are level 70 and are Shiny Unlocked. Keldeo
is level 65 and is Shiny Locked.
Cobalion

Cobalion's footprints are found around the Frigid Sea, Roaring-Sea Caves and
nearby areas

Once 50 are found return to Sonia who will instruct you to find Pokémon
- Cobalion will appear in Frigid Sea
Virizion
-
Virizion's footprints are found around the Giant's Bed and nearby areas

Once 50 are found return to Sonia who will instruct you to find the Pokémon
- Virizion will appear in Giant's Bed
Terrakion
-
Virizion's footprints are found around the Lakeside Cave, Ballimere Lake and
nearby areas

Once 50 are found return to Sonia who will instruct you to find the Pokémon
- Terrakion will appear in Lakeside Cave and can be battled and caught
Keldeo
- Once Cobalion, Virizion, and Terrakion are caught Sonia will leave
- Go to the island on Ballimere Lake and find an empty pot

Have Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion in your party and make curry at camp
- Keldeo will appear and can be battled and caught
Dynamax Adventures

A Legendary/Mythical/Ultra Beast Pokémon is found after completing 3 prior
Dynamax Battles

After each Dynamax Pokémon players choose the route they wish to take
- HP and PP carries over to the next battle
- Players can find characters and berries on the paths to heal.
- Pokémon have a 100% catch rate but can only be captured once

If you don't defeat the Pokémon, you can re-challenge by selecting it from
a list when starting a Dynamax Adventure
- Peonia will sell you a path to a Legendary Pokémon for five Dynite Ore.
- You can force Peonia to give you a path in Dynamax Adventures for a Legendary you already have by putting it in the front of your party.
- You will not be able to catch it again but this can be used to help friends.

- Start the Ultra Beast story after completing the three Legendary Story Quests
- Catch Ultra Beasts in Dynamax Adventures
- A Poipole will appear in the Max Lair
- The leader of the Dynamax Adventures will offer you Poipole
Cosmog
Shiny Pokémon
Pokemon from Dynamax adventures are rolled to be forced shiny. Odds are exactly 1/300 without shiny charm, exactly 1/100 with shiny charm. All shinies found this way will be stars.
This is applied to every Pokémon on a Dynamax adventure including the legendary when the adventure ends, before the selection screen is displayed to you. This means the overall odds of at least one shiny in adventure results are ~4/300 = 1/75 without shiny charm, ~4/100 = 1/25 with shiny charm.
