Transfer from Pokémon GO to HOME now live for select players. Once available for your level in Pokémon GO, you will see an option to sync your GO account to HOME at the bottom of the settings menu.
Transfers cost Energy which is earned at 60 per hour and caps at 10,000. If you deplete the energy for transfer, it will take 6 days and 23 hours for the energy to restore. Alternatively, you're able to restore the energy at the cost of 1 Coin for every 10 Energy, so 1,000 Coins for the full recharge.
If you want to optimize your energy see what Pokémon are not available in Sword and Shield.
This means Gigantamax Melmetal is also available for transferring any Pokémon from GO to unlock the gift in HOME.
